Twin Action Properties, Inc. on January 28, 1999, announced that they have purchased all remaining assets of Capital First Holdings, Inc. in Golden Eagle Plantation. The purchase consisted of approximately 100 developed single family homesites, 200 permitted undeveloped lots consisting of approximately 170 acres in Unit 6, and 50 premium detacted single family undeveloped lots in Landing Unit II.
It will be the objective of Twin Action as the Developer Successor to complete the development of Golden Eagle communities with a controlled absorption rate conducive to the maintenance and growth of property values and quality of life in the area. The undeveloped properties of Unit 6 and the Landing Unit II will be initiated in a timely manner consistent with the sale and absorption rate of the developed lots in Units 5, 7, and 8.
